Remove a Constituent from Workflow

Allow for a constituent to be removed from a workflow if they end up there by mistake. I think about how we have gift amendments sometimes or one-offs where a person might not need to be in an entire workflow.

    e.g. if a person replies to an appeal series, I want to be able to remove them from the remaining emails.
