The action description/Summary line is not displayed in list mode.  The Description/Summary is used to briefly and concisely describe the content of the action note so that an action item can be easily located.  When working with actions globally, in list mode, only the action note is displayed.   This makes it difficult to use the list mode as they have to open every action to find the one they want.
