Our organization would love to have the opportunity to enter in all sponsorship guests via the Blackbaud registration process. As of now, it is all manually done. Furthermore, to connect it to the database view in events so that the tables are filled with the guests' names would be even more amazing.

I am working in NXT and everything works well in terms of managing our paid guests and attendees. The issue that I am having is regarding collecting attendee names from sponsors. We of course would like the name and email of all guests of sponsors, but really have no mechanism to track this information within NXT. In my perfect world, NXT would have a form (kind of like the donation forms) that we embed as a webpage. We could then send this link to sponsors for them to enter attendees’ names and emails. They would enter their organization name and the guests would automatically get assigned as guest participants for the sponsor organization with the date the name was added. If the firm decides to change its list, then the new names, emails, and dates would be added to the sponsored guest list. This would allow the event manager (i.e. me) to approve the sponsor list based on the most recent upload, while still data capturing the guests who opted out.


I second this idea. Being able to buy individual tickets or a whole table where you specify the number of seats at a table as well as sponsorship level capabilities is desperately needed in NXT. Many places offer discounts for purchasing a table instead of just outright buying 6 or 8 tickets. This function is incredibly popular with fundraising events including galas, trivia nights, walks/runs, etc.

This is very important for us. We have different sponsor levels that include tickets and we need the information on those additional tickets. It would be very helpful if they could enter that information at the time of registration.
