There should be an option to set a default for 'Display table entries only' box in Table Entry Configuration

Presently 'Display table entries only' box is 'unchecked' in Table/Configuration.

Therefore, users have to scroll through both 'inactive' and 'active' items when looking for what they want, which takes a lot of processing time.

Administrators should be given the option to choose and set 'default' of the 'Display table entries only' box for their organisation in Tables Configuration.
