Lists should be able to filter if someone has an email address or not.

If you could filter based on which constituents have email addresses, and which do not, it would make sending emails out a more streamlined process.

I support this in NXT and it makes Workflows sloppy to add actions by email for constituents who have no email address. A cleaner, more client friendly solution would be to write code that if anyone doesn't have an email address they can have an action added from Workflow Designer by email. You would expect this to be done on the backend rather than needing to add it as a list exclusion.
