Please give us the ability to create and send professional looking receipts via email. This is currently NOT AVAILABLE in Australia. The rich text editor via the old Mail module does not have the formatting capabilities to create a visually pleasing receipt. Blackbaud, you have to do something about this, it is basic functionality that should be included without customers having to purchase additional packages or third party add-ons. You are failing us.
