Have 1 glossary sheet that contains all the definitions.
Have 1 intro video that shows you how to get to all the main features you typically use daily.
Move away from ILT courses all together. Move towards short videos that describe features like 1 video for matching gift entry, 1 for cash, 1 for gift in kind, 1 for batch, 1 for setting up the organization info for matching.......
Almabase does short self-recorded videos on specific features that works much better. I can get the help I need in
5-10 minutes of a short video.
I don't need to practice; I just need someone to show me how to do something.
My time is booked for the next 4-6 weeks which means I cannot take any training. And I ordinarily do not have 3 hrs in my schedule for attending these long seminars which include 20-30 min of intro and describing ourselves.
Have advisor/Q&A//problem shooting live sessions for people to sign up for when they have a problem instead of live ILT.
Have a FAQ that can walk you through the steps. Again, this is what Almabase does and I can quickly figure out what I did incorrectly.
