Ability to click on a constituent's email address

Ability to click on a constituent's email address link and for our individual outlook account to open new email.

It would save time and effort, which would keep us from copying and pasting the constituent's email address into our outgoing mail if we had the capability to click on the email address and for it to automatically be linked to our individual work email account.
