Annotations for constituent records do appear in the web view. They are now called "Alerts" and appear at the top of the constituent page in a blue bar if the "display automatically" box is checked. If it's not checked, there is a white button that says "View Alert."
However, Fund Annotations have not been brought over into Web View as Alerts. I just spoke with Blackbaud Support, and there are no plans to bring over Fund Annotations. This is a huge problem for our organization. We currently have 788 fund records with annotations of critical information. Support suggested just using the fund Note field for that information. However, we use the summary note field for a completely different type of information, so we cannot simply move the annotation information to the notes.
