Cant make one person the sole repository of all financial info. Death divorce partnerships make this obsolete. Parties have their own financial vehicles and must be receipted seperately - we dont know how they do their taxes, joint or seperate and we should not force that any longer. Obsolete system and sexest for sure, please change with the times.
