Make event registration forms available for ALL organizations. Merged

We would love to be able to use the NXT event registration form that is now only available to some organizations. We pay for the events module and would like to have access to it as soon as possible.

    Thanks for posting this, Karen. It looks like your organization is from Canada, am I correct in that? I'm going to merge this with the Canadian idea.

    We do have plans to expand the registration form into Canada later this year, so stay tuned!
