Update workflow list based on adjustments to the list itself

In working with workflows in NXT, the workflow can be built based off of a list/query. At any point during the workflow, you can add new constituents to the workflow without issue. However, if you discover that a constituent needs to be removed from the workflow, you can't simply remove them from the list/query. It continues to leave them in the workflow and they would receive further items in the workflow that you may be trying to avoid them receiving. Currently, the only way to remove someone from a workflow is to cancel that workflow and start over by re-building the workflow and attaching a new list/query to the new workflow. This also means that you have to create two workflows: one for the constituent that you're trying to remove so they get the appropriate workflow, and another one for the constituents that were part of the original workflow that you had to cancel. This also means that the latter will require setting up the new workflow based on where the original workflow left-off so that you avoid duplicating previous workflow steps. This is very cumbersome.

Removing a name is highly important. The work around offered by BB is not a simple task. It should be as easy to remove as it is too add.
