For Canadian customers (Receipt Stack is a Canadian thing):

For online, recurring gift payments made through BBMS, there is currently no option to name the Receipt Stack for each gift when processing recurring gift batches in RE NXT webview. As a result, this field has to be added/filled in after the batch is processed. This requires finding each gift one-by-one in RE NXT databaseview and completing the Receipt Stack field.

Specification of functionality area: RE NXT > Fundraising > Gift Management > Batches of recurring gifts from BBMS awaiting approval.

Solution options:

• Option A: automatically attribute the same Receipt Stack as noted on the recurring gift record to every associated recurring gift payment (as is done with the Campaign, Appeal, and Letter fields).
  

• Option B: give opportunity to edit/add the Receipt Stack field when reviewing each gifts in the batch in RE NXT webview, similar to how custom attribute fields can be added per gift in the batch.

Option A is the preferred option because it requires less manual work. Option B would still be valuable: even though it requires some manual work, you don't have to find the gifts one-by-one or by query... you can easily edit the Receipt Stack field for all gifts in the batch quickly.
