Fix is needed for "UTC" time zone date issue between BBMS and NXT

Please do something to fix the "UTC" time zone flaw in NXT. By not having the transactions in NXT match the same time zone as the transactions in BBMS, it is causing our finance department to have difficulties with reconciliation.
