Donation form designer should allow us to change the default country

Without an option to set a default country for donation form addresses, users are forced to do some unnecessary clicking depending on how they've set their language in their browser's advanced settings. We can't rely on donors to have done this.

    Please implement the ability to designate a default country in form designer. It can be frustrating for local charities who only operate in one country/state, and their constituents to have to pick through a long list of countries to fill out a form.
