The BB support tech said that it was not possible and failed to tell me that the form actually does capture registrant information. It is not obvious when setting up the form and I found nowhere to include it. So I reached out to BB support. BB support told me to submit the idea. I know he only answered my specific question and did not think past that question.

I am very new to events module. After we got the first online registration I was able to see in Online Express the names of the participants.

Hi Rebecca,

Online Express, and also the NXT Online Registration Form both allow you to collect additional name information besides the person paying.

In Online Express, when, as a registrant, you select a fee quantity of more than 1, the form will collect name and contact information for each fee/ticket. You can configure which registrant fields to include on the form in Step 2: Field Options of the form setup, as well as which fields to make required.

I would recommend checking your configuration of the registrant fields and taking another look. Let me know if that works out for you and it allows you to collect the additional names when quantities more than "1" are registered for.
