Have the ability to create a dynamic list from your workflow reporting OR, even better, an "insight on your dashboard" which would contain the names of constituents, along with what stage of the work flow they are at (step 5/11) or "require step 6/11 next".

This would be helpful for those who apply a workflow to their relationship management practices in any type of fundraising (major, legacy, events, monthly, etc.), as, if I'm in the mood to send an email, I could segment all of my step 6/11 donors, and send them the same email all at once, with only one email written (and a FNAME merge field of course).
