Our organization records in-kind donations, but we do not assign a value to them. For our record-keeping purposes, we record in-kind donations as gifts with a value of $0.00. But we need to be able to e-mail acknowledgments/receipts. However, with Gift Receipting in Web view, we cannot provide e-mail receipts for gifts valued at $0.00. It's unclear why, but this limitation is unnecessarily preventing our organization from acknowledging gifts. Please change ASAP.
