RE NXT Batches are defined by date, pay method, source, etc. This prohibits online gifts from being batched together, resulting in just as many batches as gifts received in a given day. If we receive 10 gifts in a day, we also have 10 gift batches which is not a good business practice, even when reconciling with an integrated FE NXT Finance Office. Since many reports, exports, and mailings are based on Batch Number, please allow users to define what constitutes a batch, how many gifts a batch can collect, and how long it remains open, in order to allow more gifts per batch, ultimately reducing workload.
