Allowing Workflow Emails to be viewed after publishing

Once a workflow designer email is published, there is currently no way to view the contents of that email. It makes sense not to allow editing once an email is in an active workflow, however, it's helpful to be able to view the text, so that if an update is needed, we'll know to go through the steps to change the email. It's frustrating to have to go through the entire process needed to update the text, when it's possible that the email may not even need a change.
