Donors change their minds; we need to be able to roll back skipped transactions for automated recurring donations in WV. We just lost 2 monthly donation instalments because we were unable to roll back skipped transactions after the donor changed their mind. I would have simply paused the donation and added a reminder to my calendar if I had known we couldn't roll back skipped transactions.

I agree. Without this option we have cash gifts that should actually be applied to recurring gifts, but we can't apply them or the next gift will not process. This means reports run on recurring gift pay-cash will skip these payments.
