Add 'Roll Back' option to Recurring Gifts on NXT

Only 'Skip Next Payment' option is available. Both option are available on RE, it is important to have them both on NXT too.

    I agree. Without this option we have cash gifts that should actually be applied to recurring gifts, but we can't apply them or the next gift will not process. This means reports run on recurring gift pay-cash will skip these payments.
