We prefer the legal name with class year as the record name in our view of RE NXT, but it makes no sense as the TO header for an email account when there are Primary Addressee features that allow us the flexibility to make it preferred name. The merge option to customize doesn’t even allow the header name as a selection. So the email TO is reading very formal, and then the Preferred name is very casual. There needs to be more flexibility here.

The only way to edit the TO name is through the Control Panel settings and to change just to send out an email is labor intensive.
