Have a section in the constituent header for name pronunciation.

Currently the only place we have to add any kind of pronunciation details is in the notes section, which gets buried in the constituent record. Having a pronunciation tab front and center would be very helpful when gearing up to solicit or meet with a constituent.

    This would be very helpful. For now, we are getting around this by creating a Phonetic Spelling alias which is then visible in the Constituent Summary section in NXT.
