Custom Insight - Allow data to be zero instead of showing "This insight has no data to display. Try broadening your filters"

I understand the purpose of the message while first fashioning an insight, but there are plenty of times where a data point ("Total Monthly Pledges" for example) might be zero for a time. It looks really tacky when that message pulls up on an official report.
