Email sign up form for Canadian Customers

Right now we have the ability to create emails, but no ability to sign people up for our emails. I see a form is available in OLX emails why not for NXT in Canada?

    Being in Canada and being a federal-related entity, we really need two forms. Legally we have to publish in both languages, so we have one for our English website and one for our French website. Please either add this option to NXT or allow more than one form in OLX. Right now we are still paying the monthly fee for our former email marketing platform for the sole purpose of operating the multi-language email sign up forms.
