Add Solicitor ID as a Gift Fields in the Gift Batch

Add Solicitor ID as a Gift Fields in the Gift Batch Setup , currently it is only Solicitor Name.

It would be beneficial when importing through Importomatic since it is Solicitor ID in the gift field that is required.
