Ability to create survey and have data automatically update constituent info as well as collect new info

We are looking for a simple way to update our alumni contact info, as well as collect info (attributes) that would help for future event planning and marketing.

    Otherwise you need to use a different platform, i.e. MS Forms, Google Forms, Survey Monkey, etc, monitor it, download it, then upload/import or manually update it.
