Only sent appeals to the Donors should be listed

Only sent appeals to the Donors should be listed under Appeals tab.

When a gift entered for $1000, if chosen appeal is Unsolicited, it is auto updating Appeal tab of the Donor record showing Unsolicited appeal with $1000. Is there a way to remove it from automatically being added, our leadership wants to see only sent appeals to the Donors on this section.

@Prathima, this function is found in Database View under Config/Business Rules/Constituent Options/General Options "If a constituent gives to an appeal not listed on their Appeal tab..." select "Do not add the Appeal" option.
