When looking up constituents in RE db, users must hit Enter.
When looking up constituents in RE wv, users must NOT hit Enter.

There is nothing to tell users not to hit Enter in webview lookup and no indicator that RE is in fact looking up their requested donor because the circle of dots next to the lookup bar does not spin to provide feedback.

Hitting Enter is a mistake made by ALL of our users when they first start out with RE webview. We get a lot of "I can only see the last person I looked up" feedback because users are hitting Enter as they do in db view. I made this mistake myself as a new user.

Please make the "hit Enter' functionality consistent across both views.

And/or, please have the circle of dots next to the constituent look up box actually spin when RE webview is working to give results.
