On the Constituent Appeals tile, display Appeals dot differently if they have/haven't given

Similarly to the Events dot appearing differently if they have/haven't registered, we'd like to see the same concept applied to Appeals based on whether they have/haven't given to that Appeal.

    100% The information I most prefer to see on the Appeals tile is the appeal, package, date, and amount given. Sometimes the comments are helpful but that varies. While I CAN rearrange the columns, I cannot see the amount given. I can see "response" but that needs to be manually updated it seems.

    This potentially helpful tile is useless without being able to see the actual amount given.
