Use NXT Marketing Email function to send to non-constituent spouse emails

It would be great if we could send emails through NXT's Marketing function to both the constituent and their spouse when both emails are available.

Currently we only have the ability to send to one email on the record and not emails of non-constituents.

Since Blackbaud charges for the quantity of constituents, we limit adding spouses as constituents. However, a lot of times both spouses want to receive the communications so it would be helpful to be able to have the NXT emails sent to non-constituent relationships. Or at least those coded as the Spouse.
