Stop users from being able to delete action custom

Stop users from being able to delete action custom fields, action notes and action attachments

in RE Classic security i can prevent the users from being able to delete an action, but i would also like to be able to prevent them from deleting the custom field, attachment or notes from within the action. please add to security
