Allow the ability to send a donor acknowledgment letter directly from the batch in NXT.
Allow donor gift acknowledgement letters (not just a statement) to be sent from a batch within NXT instead of having to enter the batch in the database view just to have the ability to send a personalized letter.

I just spent 15 minutes to print TWO merge thank you letters in database view because the process is so cluncky and the system so slow. I would love to be able to create merge letters in NXT to thank our donors (not statements or receipts) that can be printed and mailed. I've often end up doing it manually because it's not worth trying to do the merge in database view for just a few thank yous. It shouldn't be that hard!
