By having the year-over-year performance chart update when the date filters change, this will provide the opportunity to see a visual representation of the changes. It would be good to have the option to see the last three years (as it does now) as well as the option to see the years for the filtered dates. Since everything else on the page updates when the filtered dates are changed, it makes sense the graph would also change to reflect the change.
