I am sending workflow emails through RE NXT, with some going to married couples. I see only the option of [First Name] for the salutation. There should be a way to send one email to Mary and Joe, rather than an email only addressing one of them or separate emails to each. An easy solution would be the salutation option of [First Name & Spouse First Name] like it would be for mailed correspondence. Donors find it offensive that a thank you email goes to only one of them. Please address as a matter of urgency.
