Make Linked Funds Available in Campaign Records (web view)

Linked Appeals appear and those records can be opened from an associated campaign record. Please make this possible for linked funds too.

    This should also apply to Appeal records. Linked funds and linked campaigns should be not only viewable in web view but editable and when creating appeal records in web view we should be able to link funds and campaigns to the appeal in web view.
