It would be very helpful to allow people to register for an event (that has a fee) without paying at that time. It's so much easier for people to click a link to sign up, but for some events (like fundraisers) they want to be able to send in a check, rather than use a credit card or ACH. This is especially true for those at the sponsorship levels.
