Show us the gifts status of Recurring Gifts and allow to use as filtering criteria Merged

Hi, It drives me crazy that I cannot tell whether a Recurring Gift is Active, Held, Terminate or Completed unless I click on the gift. Please add this as information under columns and give us the capability to filter on gift status!!!!!
