Currently, if there is an annotation on a constituent record in the RE database view, it is not visible anywhere in the web view. This information needs to be carried over and visible in the web view.

Use case: We have always used constituent Annotations in the DB view to store critical information, and we always check the "display automatically" checkbox so that it pops up when a user opens the constituent record. Example: "Litigation in progress. Do not speak to client without approval from Legal Department."

Vice versa, if an alert is added to a consituent in the web view, this information needs to be visible within the database view.

This data consistency is critical.
