Add date to Custom Fields and allow it to be sorted Merged

We use custom fields and the older ones should sort at the bottom, you shouldn't have to scroll through them all. There should also be a filter to exclude inactive custom fields

    Agree! Ability to sort by date and value are essential for ALL custom fields! For example, in web view you can sort membership custom fields by alpha but not by date or value. We have to scroll through pages to find the most recent date or specific value; so time consuming!! In database view, you can sort by many more columns which makes finding what you need fast and easy.
