Add Event name and fields as a filter in Constituent lists

We are unable to create a dynamic list of Event participants for our fundraisers to use to manage events, but also to use as a basis for workflows.

      We are also finding this a big block in moving our fundraisers onto using NXT full time.

      Please consider this! Staff needs a dynamic list, especially Marketing staff (for emails).
