Flag on actions created via Workflows

It would be nice to see the actions created through a workflow tagged in some way that indicates that is how they were created. It would differentiate them from other actions.

    YES! It would be helpful for fundraisers to see actions that are part of workflows! That way they can see WHY that action was assigned to them.
