Here at Guildhall we manage portfolios by Canvasser type, you can only have 1 Relationship Manager (primary fundraiser) coded on the constituent record but you may have multiple support canvassers.

Unfortunately, with the current makeup of pulling all canvassers attached to record into a fundraiser's work centre, it means a user can't see a true reflection of the work they need to carry out.

Additionally, the language used will not currently work for facilitating senior management team members and board members. The current language used is specifically tailored to fundraiser users, not someone who is supporting as an aid or on behalf of the organisation.
