Adding, Removing, or Tagging People in NXT Lists

Our fundraisers are enjoying the NXT lists, but they sometimes need a way to add or remove individuals like one would in a RE Querylist, or be able to otherwise "tag" them in some way that only those specific individuals can be found later on. Otherwise, they end up needing to print out the NXT lists and physically marking down the people they wish to work with later on.

    These tags can literally MIS-IDENTIFY donors when the tag cannot be removed. A lapsed donor who has asked not to be solicited, but who has a planned gift on file might pull their planned gift because of being solicited due to being pulled into a lapsed donor list do to being mis-tagged.

    This would be particularly helpful before saving as a query in database view - this way the final list could be used without additional manipulation for a mailing -

    I agree.  It's incredibly debilitating not to be able to remove individuals from a list where a scenario applies to 98% but you need to be able to remove the 2% where it doesn't apply.
