Include Last Logged On information in Security

Helps to understand if users are grasping the system and have logged in or are struggling and have not logged in.

    The real purpose of being able to have this type of data would be to allow the Admin the ability to audit all Users that have access to NXT.  Coming from the IT side of things, I find it hard to believe that this function does not already exist.  Being able to audit my Users and knowing how long ago they have logged in or not logged in speaks volumes.
