Currently, when trying to add Actions to RE NXT via Blackbaud for Outlook, the system does not recognize a constituent if you have used an informal salutation. It only recognizes the full legal name that appears on the record. I think it would be a much more efficient system if it allowed you to use informal salutations (e.g., Gerry instead of Gerald).
