I'd like to be able to pull a list filtering for total giving and a gift given within a certain time frame. Lists does not allow for that saying only one filter is allowed per category.

In previous NXT lists function I was able to pull a list filtering for total giving and a gift given within a certain time frame. The new version of lists does not allow for that saying only one filter is allowed per category. Why would you take away a function that was used before?
I have updated the description of the original idea to represent the proposed change, but wanted to provide some clarity on the comments that functionality was removed.
Lists before the filtering experience change only allowed you to choose to filter off of only 1 giving filter, but several fields underneath. The types were (and still are):
total giving
first gift
latest gift
greatest gift
any gift
The fields were (1 or more of the following)
amount (or sum)
gift type
soft credit
campaign
fund
appeal
So if you wanted by giving, the first choice the user must set is which filter type they want. If you choose filter by total giving, you could then further refine what gifts to total by amount, gift type, fund, etc.
I don't believe this answers the OP. If I want to filter by, say, "Total Giving >10k" and "Latest Gift = Today", the answer is you can't. Only one filter is allowed unless I am mistaken.
