Improve seaching for fund records
We would like to be able to serach for fund records like we do for constituent records in the web view of Raiser's Edge.

I would like to have more time to enter search criteria on the Fund page search, like in the search bar when searching for constituents. Currently as soon as I stop typing it starts searching which makes it more difficult to type. There is no pause.
