If the P2P info is accidentally deleted from a constituent record, there is no way to re-add it, or to credit them as a fundraiser when future gifts come in through their page. Even if some of the integration functionality is lost, it would be useful to be able to add in details like fundraiser date/URL, and to be able to manually give them recognition credit on gifts that have come in through their page, but that are no longer connected since the P2P info was deleted.
