Add default alternate text display for missing merge fields in email

A REALLY helpful feature would be to set a default replacement in the event that a merge field is blank in email. So that instead of appearing as "Dear {Name}" it could appear as "Dear friend" or something like that that we can designate. It would be embarrassing for a constituent to receive an email that began with "Dear {Name}", or any of the other merge fields that might not be fully populated in a record.
